Descriptions

Fundamentals:
These are offered as a service to those athletes that require or desire additional personal attention in
a setting that is less competitive with a smaller group of people. 

Foundations:
Foundation Class offers beginners the instruction and time to master the moves they will need in everyday WODs.  This class consists of four different sessions that ALL must be passed before moving to class WODs.

Workout of the Day:
Varied if not random functional movements done at high intensity. The CrossFit class focuses on the Workout of the Day WOD)as posted on the website www.crossfitg6.com. The WODs are scaled and modified to each athlete's level and performed at the highest intensity that the individual can sustain with good form and proper technique.

CrossFit Kids:
CrossFit Kids program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. Healthy living requires that our kids push, pull, run, throw, climb, lift, jump, effectively and safely regardless of whether or not they play athletics. Athletics is a specialized pursuit. Our goal is to support the specialist, but reward the generalist. The CrossFit Kids program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We’ve used our same routines for 4 year olds and elite high school athletes. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs. The needs of our second graders and our high school wrestler differ by degree not kind.
