What does this include you ask?
5 - 6 On Ramp Sessions spread out over 2 - 3 weeks (Depending on your schedule availability and starting fitness level) that will teach you all of the fundamentals of CrossFit plus start getting your body acclimated to High Intensity CrossFit Workouts in a much smaller environment .
(*generally 1 coach and 2-4 other new athletes, more info on Training Offered tab)
Plus once you graduate from the On Ramp program you then get unlimited CrossFit group classes for the remainder of your 30 days!
**Just a 30 day notice is all that is required to cancel.**
