Our Group CrossFit classes are highly challenging and we strive to increase work capacity across broad time and modal domains.  We will work on strength and conditioning and all programming is planned out well in advance with the goal being everyone gains a better overall fitness level.  However we know that everyone's goals can be different and some want to take it to the next level so we are now offering 4 week progression cycles that coincide with our group CrossFit class programming.  This includes an initial consultation to discuss goals and instruction on what goals might be appropriate as well as testing and retesting various metrics used to measure progress.  We will program daily accessory work that correlates both with your individual goals and daily group class (could be a variety of things depending on your goals; additional strength, mobility, endurance work, etc).  If you'd like to sign up for this or need more info please email Corey or Justin.

This is another great way to get started with us if you prefer to start with 1 on 1 attention instead of in a group or prefer different times than our fundamentals classes.  This includes eight personal training sessions lasting one hour apiece for the discounted price of $300.  Once you sign up for this package a coach will contact you asap in order to schedule your first session and get you started!  Click on the CFG6 101 Personal Training Package button below!

Personalized Programming

We are so happy to begin offering CrossFit G6 Kids with our amazing kids coach Barbara.  She has a real passion for getting kids in shape or taking them to the next level!  During the school year we are taking kids from 11 to 18 years old.  The kids class is Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday's @ 4 PM.  If you'd like to get started with CFG6 Kids then please click the CFG6 Kids button below!

This can be whatever you want it to be!  This is a custom workout program that is written for you and led 1 on 1 with one of our awesome coaches. It can completely take the place of our normal CrossFit group classes if group classes aren't for you.  Or the way that the majority of athletes use it is for extra work on specific lifts, gymnastic movements, building more strength, more explosiveness, more endurance or anything you can think of.  This is by appointment only with the coach of your choice and can help take you to where you want to go! Personal Training

This is the easiest way to get started asap with CrossFit G6!  Our Fundamentals class runs Monday - Thursday from 7 - 8 PM.  You may start this class at any time!  This is a great class for anyone that wants to make sure they understand all the movements of CrossFit plus get a great workout.  If you have less than a couple months of CrossFit experience (or no CrossFit experience) this is one of two ways to get started with us.  The workouts themselves are not easy by any means!  However we aim to have no more than 6 athletes per coach in this class (which means we will bring another coach or two to this class if necessary to hit this ratio).  The goal of this class is to always make sure that #1 the member is comfortable with the movements in the workout long before the actual workout begins and #2 that the members get an intense workout that pushes their current fitness level while also dramatically lowering the chance of injury due to lack of knowledge or technical ability.  This class is $120 per 4 weeks (28 days) and you may start on any day Monday - Thursday @ 7 PM.  The only class included in this membership is the Fundamentals class.  You must complete at least 4 weeks (minimum of 12 sessions) before moving on to our regular group CrossFit classes.  Members may also choose to continue this class for as long as they would like if they enjoy the format of this class over the regular classes.  If you are ready to get started then sign up today by clicking on our fundamentals button below!

Fundamentals

1 Hour CrossFit classes led by at least one CrossFit Level 1 (or higher) coach which includes warm up, a strength or skill depending on the day and a Met-Con (Metabolic Conditioning). Our regular CFG6 Classes are programmed to try to challenge all levels of fitness and assumes that you have learned the fundamentals of CrossFit. Of course we want to coach you to get better at each movement but we also want to fill the hour with as many aspects of fitness as possible to help get people in the best shape of their life and to continue to challenge even the best of the best.  If you are just getting started or would rather restart CrossFit at a slightly slower pace then be sure to check out the fundamentals class until you're ready to move on.  If you have several months of CrossFit experience then feel free to click on the CrossFit G6 Class button below and get started today!
